INVESTIGATION OF THE FORCE SENSOR WORKING UNDER DEFORMATION OF THE CYLINDRICAL RING


Based on the conducted comparative analysis of elements of the system of diagnostics of sucker rod pumps, the basic problems of research in the article are defined. For the increase of sensitivity, accuracy, reliability and durability of the force sensor, which is the active element of the system of diagnostics of sucker rod pumps, we propose the design layout of collocation of force sensors in the cylindrical steel ring.
In this paper, the algorithm for calculating the design parameters and choosing the material of the cylindrical ring used as sensitive element of the force sensor on the polished rod of sucker rod pumps is proposed.
