AN ANALYSIS OF THE AZERBAIJANI HANDWRITTEN LETTER RECOGNITION USING SUPPORT VECTOR MACHINE

The authors depict the properties and application of one of the modern methods used in machine learning – support vector machines (SVM). Initial processing, feature extraction, learning and recognition parts of the system are analyzed in detail; their role in recognition systems is shown. The paper is summarized with recommendations about the use the SVM and the results of the experiments.
