Open Access Policy
Informatics and Control Problems is an open access journal. All articles published in the journal are made immediately and permanently available online free of charge for readers worldwide. No subscription or pay-per-view access is required to read, download, or link to the published content.
The journal supports the widest possible dissemination of scholarly research and seeks to ensure that published content is openly discoverable through persistent identifiers and scholarly metadata services.

License
Unless otherwise indicated, articles published in Informatics and Control Problems are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).
Under this license, users may:
  • read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, link to, text- and data-mine, and reuse the material in any medium or format;
  • adapt, remix, transform, and build upon the material for any lawful purpose, including commercial use,
provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and the journal, a link to the license is provided, and any changes made are clearly indicated.
License information is stated on the article webpage and in the published article PDF.

Copyright
Authors retain copyright in their published work.
By submitting a manuscript and, upon acceptance, approving it for publication, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive right to publish, reproduce, distribute, archive, and identify itself as the original publisher of the work.

Author Responsibilities
By submitting to the journal, authors confirm that:
  • the manuscript is original and has not been published elsewhere in the same form;
  • the submission is not under consideration by another journal;
  • all listed authors have approved the submission and publication;
  • any third-party copyrighted material included in the article has been cleared for use by the authors;
  • appropriate acknowledgment is given for all reused material.
Self-Archiving and Repository Deposit
Authors may deposit and share the published version of record on personal webpages, institutional repositories, subject repositories, ORCID profiles, and academic networks, provided that the full bibliographic citation and DOI to the version of record are included.

Metadata and Discoverability
The journal assigns a DOI to each published article and aims to maintain complete and accurate metadata for scholarly discovery and citation linking. Article metadata may include titles, authors, affiliations, abstracts, keywords, funding data, persistent identifiers, references, and license information.

Third-Party Material
Third-party material included in an article is covered by the article’s Creative Commons license unless a separate credit line indicates otherwise. Where material is not included under the article license, permission for reuse must be obtained from the relevant rights holder.
