EVALUATION OF BALANCED COSTS IN THE FRAMEWORK OF FAO UN PROJECTS BY USING FUZZY INFERENCES SYSTEM
The authors develop a fuzzy model to estimate balanced budgets of FAO projects for compliance with the new FAO financial policy in costs. The model is tested on the example of three randomly selected projects and their respective budgets are ranked based on point estimates of fuzzy interpretations of their balance degree.
