EVALUATION OF PURPOSIVENESS INDICATOR OF UNIVERSITY DEPARTMENTS’ ACTIVITY BY USING EXPERT ANALYSIS PROCEDURE
A method for estimating of indicator of purposiveness within the overall structure of complex integrated system of university management. This approach is based on the method of fuzzy inference, it allows aggregate obtained at the initial stage of expert assessment of factors affecting the value of the balance management functions performed by given department.
