INTELLIGENT SYSTEM FOR ONLINE MANAGING OIL PRODUCTION BASED ON INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES
The paper is devoted to the issue of creating an intelligent system of online control, diagnostics and management of models, technologies, methods of processes ensuring improved profitability of oil production of oilfields at the final stage of operation.
The authors analyze ways to increase oil recovery efficiency of reservoirs through intelligent management of injecting nanocomponents into a formation and to improve the profitability of oil production processes through noise monitoring, and their intelligent management. The paper describes the state-of-the-art of automation of oil production processes and the results of the work performed in this field. The objective of the intelligent online management system is given, and the range of the problems to solve for basic processes (oil wells operated by SRPU, “Trap” group metering stations measuring well flow rate, water injection system to maintain formation pressure) is defined for achieving that objective.
The paper also gives the diagram of the general mathematical model of processes in the formation-well system, the diagram of management of wells operated by SRPU, the diagram of modernization of “Trap” group metering stations measuring well flow rate, the diagram of modernization of the water injection system maintaining formation pressure and the block diagram of the intelligent online system for managing oil production based on innovative technologies. The expected results are given.
